The Alaska congressional debate Wednesday evening gave voters an opportunity to hear from Congresswoman Mary Peltola and her challengers former Gov. Sarah Palin, Nick Begich III and Libertarian Chris Bye.
The candidates were each given 45 seconds to address concerns among voters including record-high inflation, gas prices and salmon distribution — a key issue specific to Alaska’s fisheries.
